Step 1: Price and list it.
We will advise you on how to price your home competitively and place the listing on our local Multiple Listing Service. If there are any improvements that could make your property more appealing to buyers, we’ll make a suggestion at this time.
Step 2: Get exposure.
Your listing will be promoted at the company sales meeting. A feature list will be developed and distributed to the top 400 Brokers in the marketplace. A professional sign and lock box will also be added to your property in order to provide more visibility and exposure.
Step 3: Keep you informed.
We will constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace. We will also make you aware of the various methods of financing available to prospective buyers, and explain how each method affects your contract.
Step 4: Reach out to leads and referrals.
We will contact all buyer leads and past clients for referrals in search of prospective buyers. Our goal is to prospect 3 hours per day, talking to at least 20 individuals, in order to get the word out to the appropriate sources.
Step 5: Show your home.
Whenever possible, we will have Brokers in the area tour your home. We will follow up after ever showing for feedback, and pre-qualify prospective buyers if needed.
Step 6: Negotiate and close.
We will represent you on all offer presentations and assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms. Once your property is under contract, we will follow-up on the mortgage, title and all other closing procedures. If necessary, we can assist you in arranging for interim financing. At closing, we’ll deliver your check and offer our sincere congratulations.
